I, MD Ehte Shyam Feroz Alam is a permanent resident of Bangladesh. With great pleasure I want to convey a message to all my Bangladeshi residents. I have started my own multispecialty hospital in Kolkata, India with the aim that all mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and relatives of my motherland (Bangladesh) can get world class medical treatment and all advanced services in my hospital at affordable and low cost. You may be wondering why I have involved in such an impossible work for my motherland and the people of Bangladesh?! “So let’s talk about this. The date was 29th February 2016 and the time was 6 am. I lost my dear younger sister forever only because of poor and improper medical treatment and insufficient medical infrastructure facilities. “Then I promised my father that I will start a hospital myself so that in future no brother in Bangladesh will ever loss his beloved younger sister or no other parents have to lose their child and Bangladeshi people do not lose their loved ones else without modern medical treatment and technologies. So today I will feel completely blessed to be able to accomplish this impossible task when I can stand by my Bangladeshi people by providing them with proper health services.

He is a multi-dimensional personality and he juggles the distribution of various companies along with his passion – treating patients with the best of facilities at the most affordable prices. He is best described as a compassionate humanitarian, who dedicated his life to bringing world-class healthcare within the economic and geographic reach of millions.

A leader in the truest of senses, it did not take him much time thereafter to build a team of consultants from various disciplines and present the people of West Bengal with their first true Multispecialty Hospital, delivering healthcare conforming to the global standard.

He mentors many international & national healthcare organisations as an SME & provide 360 degree feeder especially to enterprises in their growing phase regarding healthcare. He also mentors start-ups on E2E phases of ground zero market research, market entry & set-up, scale-up, fund management, people’s management, processes & profitability.
